Just some quick additions to give people with the extra memory a way to pre-generate worlds to alleviate some of the troubles of world generation, and the addition of Better Nether to even up the improvement mods to the End and Nether, now with two each!

Removed TropiCraft
TropiCraft was causing problems due to Primitive Mobs' library mod, MultiMob Core, which was causing tons and tons of dummy mobs to spawn which could cause some performance issues and generally didn't look all that great. This along with mobs from other mods and dimensions spawning here made it somewhat problematic. These are all problems on the end of TropiCraft as far as I can tell, so until then, it's best to remove this one for now.
