The Aether II is switching full development to 1.14, which leaves 1.12 with an unstable version of the Highlands update to play. With that being said, this pack is switching to the Legacy Aether version which should provide a more finished product, and shifting a little away from the high story elements of the Aether II to the more exploration focused Legacy Aether which more resonates with the idea I had for dimensions in this pack. With this, I also wanted to add the Lost Content and the Continuation mods to add a little more to the Aether since its available.

Some more risk and reward for caving underground, and another addition to the adventures you can have down below. A little sprinkle of dense ores lends to the extensive use of all of the vanilla ores and to make sure you have a decent supply of them. At this point, you could almost live like the mole people do and leave the overworld behind. After this point, I'm going to try to stay away from underground mods and focus more on traversing the overworld if more mods show itself.

With Bewitchment and Natural Pledge, a sub-theme of reverence for the dead and powers of the divine, or demonic, is created within this Nature-themed modpack. With that established, perhaps it is time to amp up the Gravestone system from just a simple totem holding your past life's inventory, to something a little more robust. This is to say, what is death but the next stage after life?
