More stable version, approaching full release now!

  • Removed railcraft reborn and chalk for feature and material clutter, as well as solving some persistent issues.
  • Fixed the ENTIRE recipe list deleting itself, and then transferred to kubejs fully instead of the datapack bandaid fix, courtesy (and at the request) of arsenic. Sorry for being cringe :(
  • Did some more optimization fixes.
