New Mods

• Adds Jade mod "Jade-1.16.4-2.7.1.jar" for tooltips for the block you're looking at. Note that this mod is on by default and has controls you can configure to toggle on and off.
• Adds Global XP mod "globalxp-1.16.5-v1.8.jar" to allow depositing and withdrawing xp to the new global xp block. Great for storing levels at your base on returning from an adventure to avoid losing them on the next. Anyone can freely deposit to or withdraw from the block, so if someone rolls a great enchantment and lacks the minimum level, they can withdraw from the bank and deposit later.
