New Mods

• Adds AstikorCarts mod "astikorcarts-1.16.5-1.1.1.jar" that adds recipes to craft carts that can be pulled by animals (e.g. horses) to carry people, animals, double chests, etc.
• Adds Additional Lights mod "additional_lights-1.16.4-2.1.3.jar" that adds a lot of new lighting options.
• Adds Paintings++ and Dark Paintings mods ("paintings-1.16.4-7.0.0.1.jar" and "DarkPaintings-1.16.5-6.0.3.jar") to allow selecting the painting on placement rather than by random chance and repeated placement. Additionally increases painting option variety and enables custom paintings to be added.
• Adds Patchouli dependency mod "Patchouli-1.16.4-53.1.jar" to support documentation books. Fixes Croptopia book recipe.
