Config Changes

• Updates Quark mod config to set Glass Shards to true, enabling glass shards to drop when breaking glass without silktouch. This seems to return a random number of 1-4 shards, with a 2x2 shard grid making back a glass block.

New Mods

• Adds JEI Integration mod "jeiintegration_1.16.5-7.0.1.15.jar" to cover recipe handlers for other mods where absent. Tooltips disabled by default.
