Hey all! This is the first of many weekly updates we'll have until Tear gets a hold on a paid server. Today's update is adding the dependencies for all the future mods ill be adding until the new server is open and one content mod. Enjoy! ;)

- Added CaelusAPI
- Added 3D Maneuver Gear (AoT fans, rejoice.)
