Script Changes

• Fixed Steel from thermal foundation not being unlocked as appropriate
• Added many items from later stages to earlier stages in order to more clearly  communicate progression
• Sync added to thermalexpansion stage

• Sync recipe changed to hardcore
• Removed duplicative immersive engineering ores
