Fixed a couple recipes to make it possible to craft everything.

Changed eternal singularity second recipe to make it a little easier to automate.

 

Added a full quest line for blood magic.

Removed Rod of Shifting crux from possible loot.

 

You will need to reload the quests and run /bqs_loot default load to make sure you don't get the rod.
