Cosmic Legacy 1.15.2

While this update is not all i'd hoped it to be it is a working version allowing the progression of all the available skills.
This is not the last update for 1.15 however 1.16 is now in active development
If you find bugs or have feedback i would still love to hear it!

Removed lycanites mobs (i would like to add this back in, in the future. Likely to return in 1.16+ given server performance is improved.)

Numerous mod updated

__Balance Changes:__
all smithing and crafting gains from an item being smelted have been drastically increased
crafting and smithing in all dimensions now has a 3x multiplier and the nether offers an additional 2x smithing multiplier
Vampire Fangs can now be used to infect yourself
increased charged certus xp gain
nerfed the infested mob affix which was causing large amounts of silver fish
Silent gems are now officially able to be acquired! each has a 10% chance to drop when breaking any one of the 74 available ores in the pack
Increased excavation xp gain from every source. Modded Dimension's sand/grass variants now have a baseline higher xp reward than the overworld. (in some cases over 5x the previous amount)
scaling health tweaks -
difficulty is no longer raised passively over time.
difficulty now increases 1 point for every 50 mobs killed.
difficulty now increases 1 point for every villager killed. (don't kill villagers)
difficulty now increases 1 point for every boss killed.
difficulty now subtracts 1 point for every blight killed.
