Cosmic Legacy 1.15.2

This weekend will be host to sweeping balance changes. none of which should effect world gen.
They will solely adjust experience levels and level requirements.

__Balance update 1:__

bug fix - on occassion expeience would be more than the stated amount when harvested.
You no longer start with astral tome
Fruit of the Gods now requires (50) Magic, Endurance and Combat to be consumed.

__Balance Changes:__
Stone exp gains increased from 0.1 to 2.5
Dirt exp gains increased from 0.2 to 2.5
gravel exp gains increased from 0.5 to 5
coal and iron both give 20 xp - up from 10
copper and tin both give 10 xp - up from 5
embellishcraft slate, marble and gneiss now gives 4 mining xp
astral sorcery marble now gives 10 mining xp
reaper hunter exp increased from 30 to 60
Geonach now give 50 earth xp when slain as well
jengu now give 50 water xp up from 30
cinder now give 50 fire xp up from 30
zephyr now gives 50 lightning xp up from 30
Vanilla saplings no longer have a requirement to be placed
Elementalcraft Crystal Ore now gives 10 mining exp as well
Replaced *Use requirement* with __Place requirement__ for building blocks. (fixes being unable to place torches or other items on top of items that require a building level to be placed)

maug has reduced movement speed and attack damage
