--There are a significant amount of updates and config file changes from the last version.  Pre-existing worlds can still be used, however be aware that several mods have changed world generation and newly discovered chunks will be discontinuous with existing chunks. 
--The Bigger Reactors mod in particular has a major rework in the latest version.  Reactor calculations are completely new, many blocks and GUIs have been reworked, and heat exchanger multiblocks have been added - fieldbook additions and entry changes tbd in future update.
