Play with just Minecraft vanilla and use with realm as well. Just it adds a Mini-map and JEI to help with things in the game.

This is just to play vanilla Minecraft. It adds a minimap and a JEI to the game. If you want to play this with realms you can and it works as well.
If you want Optifine, you got to add it yourself but that is easy and can be added to the mod file after you download the file.
