An exploration- and tech-focused kitchen-sink pack that needs a bit of Drano

Description

This modpack is a refreshed and up-to-date (as of writing) sequel a pack I made for my friend group about a year ago. I never distributed the first pack to anyone but them, but this new version is getting a proper Curseforge page and everything! I really pulled out all the stops for this one!

It's a kitchen sink pack with focus on exploration, and at least an attempt to adhere to a set of rules I've gathered that I feel help prevent the game from being deflated too quickly.

1. The player should be able to modify, in most cases, one block per action. I was forced to allow hammers to bypass this, as well as endgame items, but most of your building will have to be done by hand.
2. Don't give the player unlimited creative flight. I went so far as to prevent the creation of flight modules for Draconic to this end- it instantly trivializes the exploration and building aspects of the game.
3. Make sure features don't overshadow one another- there should be a reason to do everything in the pack.

There should be something for everyone in this pack. We had a lot of fun the first time around, and I've since roughly doubled the amount of things to do!
