The Adventure Awaits is a Minecraft 1.19.2 Modpack that is largely centered around exploration and combat, with a hint of farming and building. There are nearly 100 new biomes to traverse between the Overworld, the Nether and The End, as well as countless new structures and dungeons that randomly generate throughout the world. The loot system in chests has improved to provide better rewards when conquering dungeons, mineshafts, and Nether fortresses, as well as to include rare artifacts that contain special abilities. Caves and mineshafts have also been given a new touch to improve underground exploring, and several new hostile and passive mobs have been added to the game alongside a plethora of new crops.
New ores, armour, and weapons will help the player to deal with dangerous new threats. Cute new creatures to tame and additional building blocks have been added to spice up gameplay for more peaceful players. There have also been several new features added to improve the regular Minecraft experience, such as a mini-map in the corner of the screen, inventory sorting buttons, and the Just Enough Items mod which provides the player with crafting recipes for all the items in the game.
Tips:
- Place waypoints on your mini-map to mark areas you don't want to forget.
- Use Waystones to teleport between regions of the world.
- Make a sleeping bag so you can journey far from your home and sleep without resetting your spawn point.
- Be sure to have a strong set of armour, tons of food, and adequate weapons before entering the Nether.
- Craft a backpack to add more space to your inventory for when you go on new adventures.
- Collect all 12 unique Ender Eyes and take place them around a stronghold's portal frame to extend your journey to The End.
