Thaumistry

Fixes:

 - Fixed silver ingots turning into the wrong silver nugget.

 - Fixed missing metal plate recipes.

Changes:

 - Removed Minecraft Comes Alive because it was more trouble than it was worth.

 - Removed Sit due to it placing the player in the floor when standing up.

 - Added Mowzies mobs to add more interesting mystical creatures.

 - Added Cloytra cause elytra's are nice to be able to use with armor.

 - Added Thaumic Periphery because more baubles would be nice as well.

 - Added Lost Magic, which added the Apocrypha tab for the ring of nutrition.
