RE-added Bloodmgic, but without the addons that broke stuff

ADDED Witchery- as well as an addon with thaum intergration

(only reason we didnt have witchery before is becuse it felt too disconected to thaum

ADDED FTBUtilities on recommendation of a player! (thanks btw)

CLEANED up config! Why was there config folders for mods we don't even have? dude idk lots of testing n stuff and i kinda let it get out of hand

TWEAKED config, a bit, mostly food, but a bit of other stuff as well

MEMES i enabled most "easter egg" config options! (if they end up blowing something up ill disable them)
