Silverwood recipe & campfire patch

WARNINGS :

• Changes has been made to quests : trigger the update via the "!" quest in Information, or type "/bq_admin default load" in your game (with admin rights).

Bugs patched :

• NPC trading used to not check item metadata and tags
• Setting your spawn on a soul campfire doesn't require sneaking and an empty hand anymore
• Soul campfire doesn't destroy itself anymore on burn-out

Expert changes :

• Added a mystical construct recipe to obtain a Silverwood sapling, but will only work once per player
• Added a temporary arcane recipe for Blood Altar
• Both campfires now can't be estinguish using a wand
• Both campfires now can't be harvested with silk touch

Gameplay modifications :

• Added an info quest for the soul campfire
• Added a new NEI handler, showing villager trades and entity loot
