Nether explosions, death notes & dupe patch

WARNINGS :

• Changes has been made to quests : trigger the update via the "!" quest in Information, or type "/bq_admin default load" in your game (with admin rights).

Bugs patched :

• The Teams button is now showing in your inventory
• An issue used to happen when a client could not join MP server after joining a solo world
• Duplicating specific blocks with blocks attached on it in not possible anymore

Expert changes :

• Set 10% chance of explosion on Nether Ores
• Enhanced Herobrine's Scythe infusion recipe

Gameplay modifications :

• Set max claim chunks to 16
• Tweaked text in Glass Phial quest, to fit the latest recipe
• Added one new info quest, talking about mapping mods
