Removed loads of uneeded configuration files.

Tweaked many configurations:

Added aluminium, platinum and iridium to ore generation - recipes will be tweaked to use them in future updates.

Modified default biomes o' plenty world generation to exploration, and tweaked waystones to be more forgiving over short distance travel and more punishing over long distance.

Removed hammers, and excavator since they make thuamcraft's tools very cost ineffective compared to them. (and removed sickle too since it's plain useless).

You no longer spawn with guide books in new worlds.
