last file was kinda broken and unbalanced.(annoying tornados.) so here u go. btw just type lightning in ur mod config if ur game crashes whenever a storm happens. im not sure if it WILL crash but do that if it does.and i adde dimmserive weathering which theres some dupe items and blocks but you'll just have to live with that them extra few killabytes.
