• Increased Sapphire worldgen spawns slightly.
• Added Deep Dark Sapphire ores, found uniformly below Y=0.
• Added Dripstone Caves Ruby ores, found uniformly between Y=-48 and Y=48.
• Added Lush Caves Apatite ores, found uniformly between Y=-48 and Y=48.

Tweaks.

• Removed ESO's discovery system for enchantments.
• Removed Asgharian and Osgood structure maps as they weren't working at all.
• Warglaives now give an extra dodge roll.
• Dodge rolls now provide I-frames.
• Wither Skeleton Skulls are now fire-proof
• Sniffer now can sniff up to 2 items at once.
