Corrections & others changes :

- Hats has been reconfigured so that there are less hats in the world, and only on humanoid mobs.

- Lots of additions and fixes to the Reskillable prerequisite skills list (this is where most of work took place).

- The night will no longer seem to last longer than the day.

- A few changes to the menu and loading screen.

- A reconfiguration of the pre-configured options (don't touch the brightness settings to avoid texture bugs).

OPTIFINE WARNING:  You MUST disable "Fast Render" or you will get the black screen bug when certain effects try to activate, also make sure you have at least "internal shaders" on in the shader settings, anything is fine, just not "none".

FOR LOW END PC'S - Press F8, disable Better Foliage, press P, disable Fancy Block Particles

DO NOT USE OPTIFINE F4 - This version will crash, please stick with Optifine E3 for 1.12.2 if you're going to use Optifine.
