Removed some unused config files.
Added Item Stages to prevent hard mode recipes from being cheesed by making it so that the items associated can't be used until they are crafted by hand. This also applies to the upgraded versions of these items.
Added Enhanced Boss Bars.
Expanded the built in custom resource packs by changing the unique boss bar texture for Amuul Nocu
