Weeping angels can't teleport you to random dimensions but the nether

weeping angels can teleport you up to 5000 blocks away.

all tools excluding silent gear are now useless. can be crafted to not break current recipes. looking into recipes to see if i can modify and remove tools or if silent gear can be used in their place. 

 

 

still working on bugs/balancing and mod confliction.
