• Changed the Ultimine Blueprint to use the Dimensional Ore Extractor Mk2 instead of the Digital Miner so that it can actually be done in Elite Technium tier
• Moved some quest around to reflect on the new stone gear recipe
• Fixed Mekanism: More Machine recipes
• Fixed duplicate recipe ID conflicts between wire and rod stamping
• Disabled Mekanism: More Thermal Evaporation Compact blocks
