Hotfix! Accidentally forgot to port over CT scripts, so I'm fixing this here.

Changes:

- You no longer spawn into the world with any mod guidebooks.

- Infernal mobs have had their rarity change to be closer in rarity to Apotheosis minibosses.

- Vanilla Creepers and Baby Creepers can no longer spawn as Infernal mobs. Modded Creepers that don't blow up still can, however.
