More recipe changes:
- Ars Nouveau now uses rose gold instead of gold for most of its recipes, putting it into MV progression.
- Hostile Neural Networks has been integrated into HV progression.
- Fixed some recipes that used static tools (that didn't work with durability changes) into using their respective tags.
- Fixed oak planks being uncraftable for some reason
- Fixed iron nuggets being uncraftable
- Fixed thallasium ingots not being smelted correctly.
- Small questbook update, nothing major
