**Hotfix**
Change AR version to a more functional one.

Backing out the Advanced Rocketry update made a few versions ago. It's too broken and no ETA for an update. The other version had some issues but was at least functional. Hope it doesn't break too much on the backout but it's for the best.

Also an update for TFC which fixes some bellows issues and integrates the TNFC regen routines into base TFC. Also fixes the bellows max temp.

So also an update for the TNFCMod which removes the regen routines. Also changed a number of parameters for metals in light of the bellows fix and the too easy crafting of rather OP alternate metal tools/armours. Enjoy!

Fixed Constantan and Electrum block unpacking exploit.

Other little updates. Now that the rockets should work, the ability to dream your way to another planet has been enhanced.... try Hydronalium Blocks instead of Diamond. You're welcome!
