Tekkit Classic - SNC-TNC

 - Advanced Rocketry is to volatile of a mod in its current state, so we have opted to remove it

 - alternatives have been added, using both futurepack and space bosstools

 - Halogen has been removed as some prefer optifine and some prefer Halogen/sodium so I will leave this up to the player

 - Mystcraft has been finished the dev is just waiting on curseforge to approve it so once it has been done v1.0 will be released.
