This update fixes the problems with 1.9.7

Reverted:

• FTB Utilities 5.3.0.51
• FTB Lib 5.3.0.53

1.9.7 will crash at startup. The only solution I found that would let the pack retain all of its mods was to downgrade FTB Lib and Utilities. Updating Forge to 2768+ is not an option, since Thaumcraft has not been updated to make use of the changes Forge has made, and will cause the game to crash. Thaumcraft is a major mod in this pack, and removing it would break everyone's world. So, I am releasing this simple update instead to fix the startup crashes. The next update will come when I can be sure that all of the mods work in Forge 2768+.
