TECC Tinkers Engineer Create Colonies

The best, most unique, revolutionary Create modpack. Kinda. It's a really nice play through though.
What's new
I finally figured out how to update my modpack to newer versions of Minecraft. Note there is no way to easily update to a new version of minecraft. You just have to remake the pack from scratch in a newer version, which I've now done!
Since I remade the pack almost every mod has been updated and slightly changed.
I also changed the starter kit slightly.
