TBF's Ice and Fire pack

Added, changed, and removed mods that affect enchanting, it felt too easy to become strong enough to trivialize all combat, and so now items have restrictions on how many enchants they can have.

Added dungeon crawl.

Added crafttweaker, currently it's used to make dragonsteel require aeternium from better end instead of iron, making going to the nether and end to get aeternium more valuable, and making dragonsteel generally harder to get and therefore, more valuable.
