Worldgen:
- Completely Reworked the Terrain Engine to be larger-scale, more impressive, and more "continental" without having large swaths of ocean. Also replicates Beta cliffs/crazy terrain better.
- Added the Moor biome
- Added the Tundra biome (Replaces the Ice Desert)
- Added the Meadow biome
- Added the Dark Forest biome
- Added the Dry Plains biome
- Added the Tundra biome
- Added the Flower Field biome
- Added the Swamp biome
- Added the Marsh biome
- Added the Reef biome
- Added the Blueshroom Caves biome
- Added the Underground biome
- Made Generation Changes to the Shrubland and Badlands biomes
- Added Heather, which spawns in Moors and Tundras
- Added Red Lichen, which spawns in Tundras
- Added Cattails, which spawns in Swamp-type Biomes
- Added Willow Trees, which spawn in Swamps
- Added Magnolia Trees, which spawn in Flower Fields
- Added Rocks, a new overworld Groundcover
- Added Watergrass, a new plant which spawns underwater
- Added Various Corals which spawn underwater in Reefs (Thanks to the CoralReef mod for the textures)
- Added Large Blueshrooms, which spawns in Blueshroom Caves and can be bonemealed from Blueshrooms
General Changes:
- Added EMI Info for lots of the "Complex" blocks and items in Taproot.
- Forward Ported the Old Achievement Screen
- Changed the Creative Inventory Order
- Added a Spawn Eggs Tab to the Creative Inventory
- The Slip (Nether) now has Moodier, Red Lighting
- Added a “Gamma Fade” similar to the Legacy Console Editions, which can be enabled in ATA’s Client Configs
- Keg Brewing now takes 10 Minutes instead of 5 Minutes
- Changed the Armour/Offhand Slot Icons in the Inventory
- Changed the Night Sky to be more Colourful and Realistic
- The Sun and Moon now Orbit the world realistically, allowing them to both appear in the sky at the same time.
- Changed Name Tags to be closer to Classic name tags
- Changed Map Colours to be more Realistic and Accurate
- Made Biome Blending Smoother
- Added 2 New Cave Music Tracks (written by me!)
- Lava is now slightly redder
- Changed the Early Loading Screen
- Ported all Mod and Datapack Structure Removals to the Structurify Mod
Blocks & Items:
- Added Columns, a new block type with connected vertical texturing. They come in Stone, Scoria, Sandstone, and Quartz (Replaces the Quartz Pillar)
- Added 2 New Door & Trapdoor Types, Windowed and Flat
- Added Slip (Nether) versions of most Overworld Ores named after the IRL Ores/Minerals the resource is commonly found in
- Sandy Bricks now have an Updated "New Programmer" texture
- Added Sandy Quoins
- Added Iron and Gold Piles, decorative Piles of Nuggets that act like Slabs
- Added Gravel, Sand, Coarse Dirt, Slipstone, and Soul Sand Paths, which are made by using a Hammer on the respective blocks
- Added the Hammer
- Added the Superheated Shovel
- Superheated Pickaxes now use less fuel over all (The Fuel Requirement was balanced around Axes)
- Added Diver’s Brew, a new Alcohol made of Clove Coral, which grants Water Breathing & Slowness
- Orchids have been renamed to actual species of Orchids
- Desert Grass has been renamed to Sandy Grass
- Spleaves no longer break under a player when the player is sneaking
- Cyan Roses now actually generate in Jungle-type biomes
- Igneous Coal Ore now has an Emissive Texture
- Re-added Lightning Rods (Which are now made of Iron)
Entities:
- Slightly Reduced the Spawn Rates of Hostile Mobs to be a bit closer to the Vanilla amount
- When Riding a Pig, swapping your Carrot on a Stick to your offhand will make the Pig stop completely
- Slightly Increased the riding speed of Pigs
- Creeper Texture has been updated to the Beta Leaves texture instead of the Earlier Leaves Texture
Fixes:
- Updated the Crusher GUI texture
- Fixed Mob Spawns in Shrubland and Badlands biomes
- Chisels No Longer Drop 1 Slab from Double Slabs, instead they now simply break the Topmost Slab.
- Many things have been migrated from NostalgiaSquaredTweaks to Autumn's Taproot Tweaks to improve compatability and performance.
- NSTweaks blocks now have their map colours set correctly and will show up on the Atlas
- Added Particles Interactions Compat to certain ATA and NSTweaks blocks
- Spleaves no longer block all light
- Removed Herobrine
- Added White Eyes
