Take those Sneakers Off (TtSO)

I fell alseep trying to write the changelog for what was going to be yesterday's update, and now more mods have updates :sob:. Though many of these updates are good and it shows mods are being cared for so I can't complain. In fact, this update upgrades Create Aeronautics: Automated Logistics to prevent world corruption issues with that mod so I would highly reccomend updating ASAP. I should've done this earlier, but I had to get an after work nap in, as replacing breaker boxes in a an old shoe factory is rather sole crushing.

Mods Updated:

There's far to many for me to bother listing rn with my current mood and I can't remember if I updated some mods or not yesterday so just trust me bros and I apologize for this section not having a good leg to stand on

Mods Removed:

1. Extra Hostile Neural Networks (Reason: Base HHN now has a multiblock that allows for 25 simulations in parallel so this mod isn't as needed and hasn't been updated in a couple months anyways. If the mod is updated and new stuff is added that accounts for the new HHN multiblock, I'll shoehorn it back in)
