This version updates fabric to v0.14.17 and some utility mods, hopefully removing bugs and fixing compatibility

• Updated fabric to 0.14.17
• Updated mods Reese's Sodium Options and Sodium Extra

Differences to main version:

• Removed Better Fps - Render Distance, Chat lag remover, Clumps, Exordium, FeyTweaks, Hold that chunk, Lazy-language-loader, Memory Leak Fix, Too Many Players, and Very Many Players
• Replaced Starlight with Phosphor, fastLoad with Ksyxis, moreCull with Cull Leaves, and Skip Transitions with No fade (versions not available)
• All mods are also for 1.16.5
