Tweaked:

New recipe for heart of the sea (see jei for recipe). With the mermod now in 1.21.1 we need a little easier access to heart of the sea. Normally this item is only available by finding a sunken ship treasure map, and hoping for one in the treasure chest. With the number of modded water biomes it's difficult to actually find a naturally spawning sunken ship, so this fairly expensive recipe bridges the gap.
