- ModernFix (pmmo hangup)(ON SERVER SIDE) LEAVING IN FOR CLIENT.

Fixes/ Config changes:
- Fixed Brass Amber Battle Towers Datapack
- Lowered reqs for Ars nouveau Spell books.
- Few Quest errors fixed.
- InContrl spawn.json updated for fixes(prevent crashes)

SHIFT+Click the item for forge to register the craft.( This is a forge 1.18 issue )
- Optifine Will NOT work for this pack, please use the already shipt mods for shaders and performance.
