Fixed: broken mixin
Fixed: many rendering issues due to ArtifactBar
Changed: turned off rust and cracked bricks. removed leaves spawning from decay. and lowered the level of leaves to only 1 layer
thanks to Valtyrian for the changes.
Fixed: issues with datapacks and client synchronization
Fixed: vein settings not properly overriding from datapacks
Fixed: vein charge display being calculated improperly.

Notes:
Valtyrian has made new Treasure loot from mining and Excavations here are some notes on this:
- removed cake, and added something that would actually make sense coming out of the ground.
a 1 percent chance to find an emerald as long as you have lv10 excavating.
gold from gravel and netherite scrap from netherack
