Changes

• My bad, left utility belt in the client and it caused a network protocol error when connecting to the server pack which didn't have it. I decided against the any utility belt because they were getting in the way of normal minecraft play mechanics.

• Added Nautec so we can have diving gear, but also new dimension to explore. I guess ... i'll start making quests soon. (tm)
