Bugs, bugs, bugs, everywhere!

This patch fixes some of the major bugs found in the initial v1.3.0 release on day one that broke the progression tree of TerraFirmaCraft, and tweaks a few things that were overlooked in the main update.

Changes
- Added new TConstruct tool materials: Wood and Rock
- Removed recipe for Pulped Bioblend
- Fixed new TConstruct tool materials missing repair items
- Removed Tinkers' tool materials: Obsidian, Pigiron, Knightslime, Slime, Cobalt, Ardite, Manyullyn, Lead, Silver & Electrum
- Re-balanced Copper, Bronze and Steel Tinkers' tool materials to fit with TerraFirmaCraft's tool tiers
- Re-balanced durability on all Tinkers' tool materials
- Added Coal Coke and Block of Coal Coke as valid TFC fuels
- Added texture to credits button on main menu
- Update notification on the main menu now links to the CurseForge page
- Fixed issue #25 - Refined Iron Blooms cannot be converted into Wrought Iron Ingots
- Fixed issue #26 - Bituminous Coal is not a valid fuel source
- Fixed issue #27 - Magma Crucible tab not showing in JEI
- Fixed issue #28 - Creosote Oil isn't in the list of fluids for the Wooden Bucket
- Fixed issue #29 - Black, Red & Blue Steel cannot be obtained through TerraFirmaCraft Anvil
- Fixed issue #30 - Paper from Sawdust recipe is unobtainable
- Fixed issue #31 - Sawdust is unobtainable
- Fixed issue #32 - Treated Sticks are craftable from normal Lumber
- Fixed issue #33 - Tinkers' Tools are unobtainable
- Fixed issue #35 - Clipboards are unobtainable
- Fixed issue #37 - High Carbon Black Steel cannot be made in the Alloy Kiln
- Fixed issue #38 - Black High Carbon Steel Ingot in a Blast Furnace erroneously gives Black Steel Nuggets as a byproduct
