-modified some recipes to be more enticing to make (e.g. BWM steel axles and gearboxes now return 24 and 16 respectively)

-modified the alchemical refinery structure to use powered gearboxes to add an extra purpose to mechanical power

-added extra tooltips explaining the function of the structure, made the blueprint obtainable for structure preview

-made the pattern crafter research easier, now requiring only an observation in auro- and golemancy
