changed scripts and configs to:

-allow for actually welding together thaumium and void plates (items had no heat registered previously)

-enable automation of some more used items like tfc rods (registered in oredict as rods, other mods use the term stick)

-microblocks for more things like tfc stone variants

-make bwm mechanical power compatible with IE dynamos and windmills/ water wheels

-make bloomeries a bit less expensive if using a bit of thaumcraft (very early stuff only as tc6 before iron is very limited)
