Description
Inspired by expert modpacks and space exploration games. Includes many familiar tech mods that have been configured to interact with each other as is expected of an expert mod pack, except in this case with Advanced Rocketry at the core of the progression, requiring you to leave your home planet fairly early on and venture further and further out into the galaxy. Resources are spread out, and many planets have been adapted from mods that add new biomes/dimensions to make each planet feel unique and worth visiting.
A few notes:
- I mostly tried to avoid magic. This means that some mods have had significant portions taken out.
- Likewise, there are no infinite water blocks. To alleviate this, there are pumps that you can build in river and ocean biomes to gather unlimited water and a filter to convert other types of water and ice into vanilla water.
- Due (I think) to the way Advanced Rocketry handles planet dimensions, sleeping in a bed will not advance time.
- Multiplayer is fine for the most part, but keep in mind Advanced Rocketry does not allow multiple people to ride a single rocket so you may need to build more than one if you play as a group.
- All safeties are off.. want to obliterate your base with an orbital mining laser or terraform your planet to be unlivable? Go ahead! If not, you might need to make sure you are playing with people you trust.
