Fix client boot crash: Almanac was server-only but Let Me Despawn needs it client-side

• The client crashed on boot with ClassNotFoundException: com.frikinjay.almanac.Almanac — Let Me Despawn (side=both) has a mixin that references Almanac, but Almanac was marked side = "server", so it never shipped to the client and the mixin failed to attach.
• Almanac is now side = "both" (client + server), satisfying the rule that any required dependency of a both/client mod must itself be both/client.
• Audited every other required dependency: Almanac was the only mis-sided one, no other client boot crash of this kind remains.
