Big performance enhancements

removed better conduit placement and Hex

added immersive paintings

Hopefully with this performance client side should be just fine. Runs at 60fps consistently with only occasional drops by 10-15 fps during intensive loads

Have not yet stress tested this pack however, will be conducting stress tests going onward to improve overall stability and performance.

Future updates should only be mod updates or more of these performance updates if either grow large enough to release.
