-added Apothic Spawners, Apothic Enchanting, and Apothic Attributes

I've notcied when trying to build a creeper farm that nothing seems to spawn in them, so clearly something is messing with that, but I'm not even remotely sure what, so I added apothic spawners to make up for it, and since I still wanted an alternate enchanting system, I decided to add that as well! I'll be going through and updating all the mods soonish!
