Static's RPG Experience

• Removed Enchiridion (caused server crashes)
• Updated Mods
• Replaced Overflowing Bars with Colorful Hearts and Overloaded Armor Bars
• Added Create: Escalated, Create: Deco, Enchantment Descriptions, and Beautiful Enchanted Books

I'm still working out the specifics of what I want this pack to be, so I apologize for the frequent changes to some aspects of the game. I'm gonna be looking into some enchantment related mods to replace enchiridion with, but for now it'll be the default system until I can find something that fits my fision and doesn't cause problems.
