-updated everything

-added Euphoria Patches for Complimentary Shaders

-added Journey Map and ftb chunks compat, and web map addons

-made some config changes (I didn't wanna make people redo their settings, but I recommend disabling the ftb chunks maps, and using journeymap for more consistency

-added a cobblemon compat for journeymap. might switch this later

-updated neoforge version to 21.1.219
