BIG PERFORMANCE AND VISUAL QUALITY UPDATED
Carefully picked a small handful of new performance mods, altered old ones, changed a lot of configs and now performance is at an all time high (especially on servers)
Also overhauled visuals (Mostly just particle effects so things from weather effects, to potion effects, to explosions, etc.)
Updated a couple mods
Removed/replaced a couple mods
I made this update while getting more and more sleep deprived so please report any issues, it's greatly appreciated.
